The facility shown is equipped with 4 blasting and 4 air purging/rapping stations.

Each boiler first passes a blastcleaning station and dust-free blasting machines then proceeds to an airpurging/rapping station:
A suspension frame ensures precise positioning.

These systems for manual loading comprise a boiler blasting equipment to which a PowerPack - the blasting and reclaiming assemblies of our Problast machines - are connected:
The boiler blasting dust-free blasting machines equipment comprises a rack with lance carriage and recovery hopper. The blasting section of the PowerPack is connected to the blast lance and the abrasive reclaiming section to the recovery hopper. Thus the abrasive is recycled.
