preparing the surface by blastcleaning to final
inspection of the lined surface: all work is exclusively done by our expert personnel - roller etching equipment or qualified licensees worldwide - using specially engineered

Surface preparation
Professional preparation of the substrate is the basis for a subsequent lining.
Depending on its condition the tank surface must first be roller etching equipment prepared by welding or concrete work.
Steel tanks are then blastcleaned to roughen the surface and obtain the desired finish.
The result roller etching equipment is verified by measuring the roughness.

Application of Munkadur
Our Munkadur lining material is applied under strict control roller etching equipment of the ambient parameters (temperature and humidity of the air).
The solvent-free lining is applied by means of special spraying guns with layer thicknesses between 400 and 800 µm.
A sample of the lining is kept for later comparison.
