The blast generator and reclaimer
of the closed-circuit machine can also be
used as Power Pack in combination with existing blast cabinets and soda blasting equipment blastrooms.
Moreover, they form the basis of many of our custom-made solutions.
Blast cabinets
are operated from the exterior. During blasting, spent soda blasting equipment blast media is recovered by an efficient reclaiming system and recycled. Dust, fine particles and debris are carefully separated from reusable blast media.
Blast Cabinets are available in various sizes with soda blasting equipment internal working dimensions from 920 mm
to 1500 mm.
The viewing window is slightly angled for operator convenience.
Blasting is initiated and stopped by means of a foot-operated valve.

Pressure-fed or suction-fed?
The machines are available in suction-fed and pressure-fed versions and are suitable for all kinds of blast media.
- In the pressure-fed version blast media stored in the pressure vessel is metered into
the air stream and directed at high velocity (up to supersonic velocity) at the
workpiece through a specially designed nozzle
- In the suction-fed version the blast media is drawn to the nozzle by a venturi
